Greetings from the Redwoods

Hi Everyone!

What a great trip!  The Redwood trees are absolutely beautiful!  I found no fellow primates, but I did see a deer and her baby.  I couldn't believe the size of some of these trees, they are soooo big.  See, check me out!

We did the 33 mile drive down Avenue of the Giants and stopped at many of the stops.  We even drove through one of the giant Redwoods.

Tomorrow we head home and prepare for the next trip... Anchorage.

Please ensure your seat backs and tray tables are in the upright position. 

Don't forget, always keep your seat belt on in case the plane falls out of the sky.  You don't want to go flying and hit your head.

LAX, here we come!!

Whew, I wasn't sure all my human friends and their bags would fit in one taxi cab, but we did it! Five humans, one monkey (that would be me) five suitcases and three backpacks.

Thanks Mr. Taxi Cab driver.  See him in the mirror?  I think you humans say something like "Look at the monkey."  I never understood that joke... I don't see a monkey, I see a human.

Security was a breeze and now we wait to board our flight. I'm used to hanging from trees and I'm a little nervous flying on a plane.  Soon I will know how birds feel, I think...

Counting Down!

Only three days until departure. I am so excited to be visiting the Redwoods with my humans. LAX to San Jose for a wedding, then Monterey, then a drive up the coast to the Redwoods.  I hear it's going to be chilly at night so I have a new hat to keep me warm.

My human is posting, live, from the Apple store. I might have some luck and get one in anticipation of our trip to the Redwoods. Imagine that, I can post from any tree! Life is good!

Check me out!! Thank you Yaya! Yaya is my personal designer and made me this cool hat for my bald, head and a scarf. This will make the Alaska weather tolerable no doubt, especially when we visit the glaciers.

Hi Peeps!

Here I am just hanging out at Downtown Disney the 4th of July weekend. My human family took me to watch that vampire movie… you know, the one with the wolf and the girl who can’t decide whether to pick the cold, dead one or the canine. Ricky, my human’s cousin, thinks the canine is the way to go. We also went shopping for some appropriate attire for our upcoming Alaska trip but unfortunately the winter fashion line wasn’t out yet. I instead settled for a guitar. Look out Otmar Leibert here I come.

I am pooped!  Today I visited the Getty Villa in Malibu.  The humans were surprised at how busy the museum was in comparison to prior visits. 

Here I am at the new entrance. Check out the fountain, I think they are long lost family members. What do you think "Who Do You Think You Are"? NBC, call me.

This is the nice man who welcomed us to the Getty and told us not to walk on the grass.  I dig on his hat.  Easy on the legs mate, I use those to climb with and you are smashing my jewels.  Got any trees I can hang on?

Here I am at the Inner Peristyle.  See those humans in the background... they are all related.  How do I know this?  They all got out of the same car, they all look the same.  Isn't that how it works?

Hello out there!

Welcome to my blog.  This is my first post. I look forward to taking you to all the places I visit and introduce you to all the humans I meet.

The 411 on me...  I hang with some pretty cool humans.  I believe they are refered to as "Geeks" and suspect that has something to do with their love of gadgets and technology.  I often find myself at Best Buy, the Apple store and camera shops. 

My main human takes me to all kinds of places, local and some not so local.  We have some upcoming trips which should be way cool, so check my postings on a regular basis to see where I have been and meet new people.
